Invitation

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

We are all united by a common purpose: to better understand and address the complexities of mood disorders. These challenges remain at the forefront of mental health care, a ecting countless lives around the globe. As clinicians, researchers, and advocates, our collective e orts are more vital than ever. It is through shared knowledge and collaboration that we can make meaningful strides in improving the lives of those we serve.

Following the success of ICOM25 in 2025, where we had the opportunity to bring together a vibrant international community of clinicians and researchers to share advances in mood disorder research and clinical practice, we continued this momentum with ICOM26 held in Ljubljana, Slovenia, which further strengthened global collaboration and scientific exchange.

After the highly successful ICOM26 meeting held in Ljubljana, Slovenia, where experts from di erent countries gathered to exchange knowledge and foster international collaboration, we are excited to continue this growing tradition with the 4th International Congress on Mood Disorders (ICOM27), which will take place from April 29 – May 2, 2027, in Prague, Czech Republic.

ICOM27 will feature a comprehensive scientific program covering a broad range of topics, including neurobiology, pharmacological treatments, psychotherapy, digital psychiatry, and innovative approaches to mood disorder management. Internationally recognized speakers will share their expertise and contribute to engaging interdisciplinary discussions.

In addition to the scientific sessions, the congress will provide valuable networking opportunities, allowing participants to establish new collaborations, exchange ideas, and strengthen professional connections within the global mental health community.

We would be honored to welcome you to Prague for what promises to be an inspiring and impactful congress. Your participation will greatly contribute to the success of ICOM27 and to the advancement of our shared mission in psychiatric care.

We look forward to seeing you in Prague in 2027.

 Warm Regards,
