Dejan Stevanovic, MD, PhD, senior research associate, is a child psychiatrist and specialist for neuropsychology at the Clinic for Neurology and Psychiatry for Children and Youth Belgrade, Serbia, and a researcher at the Gillberg Neuropsychiatry Centre, Institute of Neuroscience and Physiology, Sahlgrenska Academy, University of Gothenburg, Sweden. His main research interests are cross-cultural psychology, psychiatry, and psychopharmacology. The main published works focus on psychometrics, quality of life, epilepsy, ADHD, autism, anxiety, and depression in children and adolescents. The primary clinical expertise is in diagnosing and treating neurodevelopmental disorders and severe mental disorders in youth.

Dejan is a co-founder of The International Child Mental Health – Study Group (ICMH-SG) and an active IACAPAP and ECNP Child and Adolescent Neuropsychopharmacology Network member.
